At Maojia Import & Export Trading (Sheyang) Co., Ltd., we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy outlined below.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Customized Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for non-customized items. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns or exchanges.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you meet the above criteria and wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at zmyewski@maojia.site or call us at +86 197 0299 3007 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Return shipping costs for domestic orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • International Orders: Return shipping costs for international orders are also the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned items reach us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return. If the return is approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is not approved (for example, due to damage, misuse, or missing parts), we will notify you and return the item to you.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps outlined above. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Proof of Damage: We may require photographs of the damaged or defective item and packaging to process your claim.
  • Return of Damaged Goods: In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us at no cost to you. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Products that have been used or altered

8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy above will apply.
